Refund Policy

At StormCloud Innovations, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to the nature of firearms accessories and federal regulations, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns to ensure compliance and safety.

General Return Policy

• All standard, non-custom products can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@stormci.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Custom Products

No Refunds or Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of custom AR15 grips and other custom work, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Please ensure all design choices and specifications are confirmed before placing an order for custom products. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Firearms Compliance & Restrictions

• Due to federal firearms regulations, StormCloud Innovations cannot accept returns of any product that has been used, modified, or altered in any way. This includes products that have been installed on a firearm, exposed to cleaning chemicals, or show any signs of wear.

• We do not accept returns on items shipped outside of the United States or to restricted states where these items are not legal. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of their local laws and regulations before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to replace or repair the item. Proof of damage or defect (including photos) will be required to process your claim.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted for non-custom products within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is in new, unused condition. Custom products cannot be exchanged.
