Shipping Policy

At StormCloud Innovations, we are committed to ensuring your order is shipped safely, securely, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Please read the following guidelines to understand our shipping policy and restrictions.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship orders within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

• Due to local and state regulations, certain items may not be shipped to specific states or regions. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of their local laws and restrictions before placing an order.

State Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to items sold on our website:

California: Due to state regulations, we cannot ship certain components or accessories directly to California customers. Please verify product eligibility before ordering.

Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and New York: Some firearm-related parts and accessories are restricted and cannot be shipped. Check your local regulations to confirm eligibility.

Illinois (Cook County): Certain firearm accessories are prohibited and cannot be shipped.

Washington D.C.: No firearm-related products can be shipped.

Hawaii and Alaska: Due to logistical limitations, we do not ship any firearm accessories to these states.

If an order is placed that violates these state restrictions, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, minus a processing fee.

Shipping to FFL Dealers

For certain restricted items, such as custom grips or other components that may require additional compliance, the order may need to be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL).

FFL Required Items: When an FFL is required, you will be notified at checkout or by email. The customer is responsible for providing the FFL’s contact information, including a copy of their valid license, before shipment.

FFL Transfer Fees: Any fees related to the transfer or processing of an FFL item are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled directly with the receiving dealer.

• If your order includes items that need to be shipped to an FFL, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing.

Shipping Times

• Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your order, provided the items are in stock.

• Custom orders may take longer, depending on the complexity and production time.

• Shipping times vary based on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. All shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.

Additional Information

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

• All orders must be shipped to a physical address, and a signature may be required for delivery on certain items.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with federal, state, or local regulations.
